01 / Getting started
Artificial intelligence & functions
What can I do with artificial intelligence?
You can ask questions, organise information, prepare drafts and continue working with results as tables or charts. We review which functions are useful and available for your task in the specific use case.
View AI functions →Can I start with AI without using specialist modules?
Yes, AI is intended as a standalone starting point. Specialist functions can complement the workflow later. We clarify the actually usable scope, setup and operation for your team.
How does the AI know our own information?
An assistant can be configured for a task and connected with suitable knowledge. We define which documents may be included, who can access them and how they are kept up to date for the intended use.
Understand the software foundation →Does the AI check its own answers?
AI outputs are working drafts. Your team checks facts, professional suitability and approval before a result is used or shared. We demonstrate the intended review process during introduction.

Specialist areas & modules
Which specialist areas does the software cover?
The website groups functions into social support, finance and staff. AI is a separate product area alongside them. Within each area you can see the modules and their functions together.
Explore product areas →Do we have to adopt all modules?
No. We start with your task and review the appropriate functions. Whether a particular module can be supplied separately or in combination is confirmed in the specific offer.
How do AI and specialist functions relate?
Organisation, users and access form the shared software foundation. AI supports questions, knowledge and drafts. Specialist functions add tasks such as support planning, finance cases or scheduling where the use requires them.
Can existing workflows and systems be connected?
We first review the existing workflow, required data and possible interfaces. Whether a connection is useful and technically possible is part of clarifying your project; we do not promise blanket integration.
View collaboration →Do the practical examples show real customer projects?
No. The service, property management, care home, social-support and participation pages illustrate possible workflows or questions to clarify together. They are not customer references and contain no measured savings. For services, consulting first determines what support is appropriate for your enquiries.

Operation & data
Can the software run with a local AI model?
A local language model can be planned through the existing model integration. We review whether it meets the quality and speed your task needs, together with hardware and operating effort.
Compare operating options →Can we use an external model provider too?
Yes, the platform includes integrations for external providers. Model, region, contract, data path and ongoing costs are defined to fit your requirements.
Where is our data processed?
This depends on the agreed architecture. Before use, we clarify hosting, model provider, data flows, access rights and responsibilities. Information about processing on this website is in the privacy policy.
What data may we enter in the contact form?
Describe the task without personal resident, health, staff or financial data. The area, desired outcome and your contact details are enough for an initial review.

Collaboration & offer
How does a project with Smart AI Solutions begin?
Describe a recurring task and the desired result. We assess existing functions and outstanding prerequisites, discuss a limited demonstration case and record the potential scope.
View our approach →What does it cost?
We do not offer an off-the-shelf product with a flat package price. We first clarify your task and requirements. These determine required functions and licences, user numbers, possible adaptations, introduction effort and operating approach. An offer clearly separates one-off work and ongoing costs.
How your offer is prepared →Which tasks should I select and how do I estimate the benefit?
Which tasks you choose for your area depends on the specific work. The calculator explains what to count and check: comparable letters in property management, support documentation in a care home, social-support handovers or steps in support planning. Office enquiries, planning rounds and finance cases are considered separately too. Selection does not insert time or cost figures. For service enquiries without a clear workflow, we start with consulting; a reliable benefit calculation cannot yet be derived.
For one specific task, compare cases per month, today's processing time and time with support, including review and rework. Add the share actually supported and licence, operating and introduction costs. The calculator shows time value, break-even thresholds and cautious variants. Free time only becomes a budget saving when expenditure is actually avoided.
Calculate with your own figures →Are all displayed functions immediately available?
The pages show documented functions and example views. Before making a commitment, we check at the appropriate product version what can be demonstrated and supplied for your use. Dependencies and adaptations are included in that review.
Product status notes →What should an initial enquiry include?
A brief workflow description is enough: what takes time today, what should become easier and who works with it? The contact form guides you step by step. You do not need to know a module name.
Can my idea become a product of its own?
Yes, we also develop dedicated software solutions for a specific use on the basis of Smart AI Core. Existing modules provide the starting point; required views, functions and connections are added for the project. Scope, operation, usage rights and costs are agreed in the offer. This does not automatically promise an exclusive transfer of product or source-code rights.
