Offer and introduction

A clear scope for your solution.

Existing modules, suitable configuration or a dedicated Core-based solution: the offer specifies what you receive. Functions, user numbers, adaptations, introduction, operation and AI usage determine the scope and costs.

01

Functions and licences

We review which work areas your team needs, how many people will use them and which licences fit. Whether a module can be supplied alone or in combination is clarified for your use.

02

Operation and AI usage

Hosting, model provider and expected usage follow your requirements. Ongoing costs and included services are explained in the offer; unlimited quota is not assumed.

03

One-off effort

Setup, possible data transfer, adaptations, connections and training are planned and calculated separately for the specific project.

From enquiry to offer.

We first clarify a recurring task and a small demonstration case. Then we review which functions can be shown at the actual product version and which data, roles and operating approach are needed. Only then does the offer state the confirmed module scope, introduction, ongoing operation and price.

A demonstrable version, prices, contract terms and a possible standalone purchase are not inferred from the catalogue alone.
